Refund policy
Return Window:
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:

Items must be unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions include items marked as “Final sale,” and goods that are used, damaged, or not returned due to our error.
Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

No restocking fees apply.
Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please return the item for a refund, and once approved, place a new order.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at info@yostyle.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. The return address will be provided once your request is approved.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
